Day 1 - Check-in is from 10am to 1pm. The Registration Tent is located at 151 Southwest Circle, Amherst, MA 01003. Please use the Google Maps tool on the "Travel to Blue Chip" tab for directions. Field activities begin in waves promptly at 1pm.
Key, Meal Card, Room Damage Deposit:
A $75 Deposit Check Payable to Blue Chip Lacrosse to be brought with you and submitted at check in. This is a check that we will hold and return to you at checkout providing that your Key, and Meal Access Card, are returned and there are no reported damages to your room.
Unfortunately due to camp constraints with insurance and facilities, we cannot have any early arrivals at camp. For campers who have travel constraints that require overnight accommodations before registration please refer to the UMass Hotel Information on the "Area Hotels" drop down under the "Travel to Blue Chip" tab.
We have made arrangements for minors to be able to stay at the UMass Hotel under the supervision of one of our staff members who will be staying at the hotel the night before each camp. Be sure to use the group code listed for your session when making your son's reservations. On registration day transportation will be provided for campers to the registration tent for checkin.
Day 3 - Camp field activities will end at 12:00 pm on for all sessions.
Check out will be available from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
Campers should be picked up at the residence halls where staff members will be performing room inspections and distributing inspection tickets for campers to turn in at checkout. Checkout will be at the registration tent.
What to Bring to Camp:
All enrolled athletes are required to stay in the dorms. See below for bedding requirements.

Any medications that are brought to camp MUST be in the original container with instructions for dosage. All medications will remain with the campers for self administration.
All completed medical forms should be returned by fax to Blue Chip Lacrosse Office (877-282-9440) or scanned and sent by email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 to 10 business days of completing registration process. Go to our Quick Links menu to download the Medical Form. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL MEDICAL FORMS TO OUR OFFICE!
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The Cancellation and Refund Policy is based on the DATE of cancellation NOT the REASON. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to: email@example.com
$250 of your Blue Chip registration fee is non-refundable. If you are cancelling prior to June 1st, 2017 Blue Chip will retain $250 and will refund the balance of your registration fee.
After June 1st, 2017 there will no longer be any refunds processed. It is imperative that if you are not able to attend after June 1st that you notify us by email so that college coaches can best balance their teams at camp.

Players Driving to Blue Chip 225:
Campers are allowed to drive to UMass without a parent. Upon arrival they will complete a form for security to provide color, make, and model of the car along with the license plate number. They will be issued the required parking permit to be displayed on the dashboard to avoid being ticketed. All athlete's cars will remain in designated lot after check in, and keys will need to be relinquished to Blue Chip Staff.
Security will be provided with a list of athlete's cars so that they will not be towed from campus.
Enrolled athletes will be housed in the dormitory during the camp session. Hotel UMass is for those with travel constraints that need to arrive the day before registration; or for parents who are planning to stay during the sessions.
